I have lived here for a year now.The apartments are in need of remodeling.I did not agree when they went up on the rent. I do not feel the apartment is worth what they are charging.Rent is high. The apartment I am currently living in needs lots of repair and updating. The walls are extremely thin because I can here my neighbors. I hear about cars getting broken into which is often.Safety is a concern. I have had problems getting repairs done and yes it is a large complex and it should have more maintenance guys but that is not an excuse and that excuse is often used.My air has gone out several times and I had to sleep in my apartment with no air before. I have a problem with tenants not leashing pets and I have a pet and mine is leashed each time I take her out.I also take my dog in areas other than in front of the apartments where individuals walk out of respect for other tenants which I also feel I am the only tenant who does this.
I choose to live at this complex because it is close to my work and it was at one time a nice apartment complex.I have seen the police here more than enough the past few months which makes me wonder about some of these individuals living here and wonder if mnanagement is doing such a good job.The complex has been looking really bad. There are alot of needed repairs. Lights out in alot of areas.Even have ant problem and the people under me constantly leave garbage at there front door attracting lots of roaches. Cats everywhere.
Unfortunate about the manager who is no longer here but have to admit that she needed to go and it does not surprise me that UL Coleman had not rid of her sooner especially with all that rumors around the complex about her.Do not like assistant manager Elizabeth and think that she could be nicer.She is rude at times. Believe she is there for her paycheck and free rent and does not concern herself with her duties.
