i have lived at this complex for a year now, and have had nothing but problems out of maintenance and staff as far as getting things fixed. they are poorly built and are in dire need of remodeling. i've had problems out of my hot water heater and ac unit for the past 7 months and still haven't gotten anything fixed. they come and look and say well it's working sir i don't know what to tell u. a day later the breakers trip and i call and they might show back up within the week to check it out.. my ac unit was dripping water onto the hot water heater causing a eletrical hazzard when the office was called and told that there were wires burning i was told by justin that they would have someone there in a few mins,5 hrs later after i had to call and complain someone showed up.
the staff is really really rude and have no intention on helping just pulling a paycheck. the guy justin doesn't ever do what he says he's goin to do, and elizibeth is just there as a pretty face. over all the quality of the place has gone to the dogs in the psat 4 months. it's honestly a shame. this place is really conviently located but over priced and under managed. the new lady that took mica's place is a complete total hussy. she has no ppl skills and i can't wait to get out of this place.
