yes..ive lived here 15 years and have seen hundreds of tenants come and go and numerous staff & management come and go. As of mid 2009 i can say that with the office staff we have right now, i have no complaints. they are nice & polite and ive NEVER had a problem getting something fixed. and being in the same apt for this long, im steadily having to get things replaced or fixed. Air Conditioner,faucets,microwave, kitchen flooring. I told them i needed a new door knob and within 30 minutes the guy came and replaced it. and dont think i get special treatment because ive lived here so long. most of them dont even know unless i mention it, because their records dont go back that far LOL....recently they've pressure cleaned all the buildings, hallways and window screens which was needed. ive had to complain to security ( which are s'port police offiers)about noisy neighbors at night and they are more than nice & get the problem taken care of even if its 3 am in the morning. the ONLY complaint i have is the rent going up EVERY YEAR. 30.00 bucks a month at a time! that doesnt include approx 15.00 for water. ( they did offer to clean my carpets for re-newing my lease which is nice). so far im satisfied and ive been here thru the good bad and the ugly LOL
