The best thing about Timber Ridge was the nice neighbors. The staff is sometimes friendly. The grounds are nice, but the maintenance is NOT PROMPT at ALL. My oven was never fixed, the blinds didn't work, and my utility bills were sky high. The apartments are prepped before a new person moves in, which means they just paint over everything to make it look as good as possible.
