I was going to move there, not the best looking place I'd seen but it was ok. I submitted an application, later then handed over my deposit and found out I was approved. Two days later my current apartment complex said I had to pay a HEFTY fine to get out of my lease so I called Timber Ridge and said I was declining the move. I asked for my deposit back and they had the nerve to say "It's been 3 days". Which was a lie because I called on Monday and I had just paid on Friday, she said "Saturday counts too." These people are theives. I knew something was fishy about asking for a deposit before telling me about the approval but I didn't listen. I currently seeking to sue these thieves. Besides, the apartments are crappy anyway.
