Started out great, but the new staff just does not have the personal touch the old staff did. Laundry facilities are always so dirty. The card machine has taken over $20 from us and it is nearly impossible to get a refund. The inside of the apartments is what needs renovating, not the outside.

The water bill here is outrageous. Just two conservative people and our water bill is around $50 a month. My A/C unit has not worked right since I have been here. They just keep charging the system. Rather have leaking freon than fix it proper.

The community here is the only plus. Mostly good people that keep to themselves. It would be worth paying $50 to $100 more for the same space to live elsewhere. Especially if they pay the water bill.
