I lived there for 6 months and the day i moved out was the best day ever!! First of all, we moved in and we had mold all over the bottoms and edges of all of our windows. We were freezing during the winter because there was always a breeze coming in through the windows due to poor insulation. They knew this and never did anything about it. Our AC went out 5 times in 4 months due to freon leaks and they did finally replace it after the 5th complaint. My refridgerator stopped cooling twice causing me to have to replace all food items in my fridge and freezer both times...including ruined meat and everything dairy. The bugs were ridiculous. It was normal for me to kill at least 5 huge wolf spiders a day besides the ones that we saw already dead. We had centipedes, earwigs, spiders, gnats really bad, and ants. Now i understand living by water can cause that but not as bad as it was. It was all contributed to poorly built apartments. In my new place my electric bill was cheaper and its also 3 times bigger that my apartment was. Having to pay 200 a month for electric for a 600 sq foot apt and it was only in the 80s outside. So that shows you how poor the insulation is. Now a few good things, they kept it clean, nice staff, nice quick maintenance...good amenities...But now Im having trouble getting a deposit back and its been 2 months since i have moved out. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

This place sucks! I am always an advocate for helping people get the money back that they deserve! This place is a freaking crock! I repeat!!! I repeat!!! Please people... DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE THINKING OF IT! This place had a awesome staff before, but she left to have a baby and this place sucks. They hold your money, the building guys are poor and the customer service is bad. If you need help or personal info about my situation with this place, please email me at af879@yahoo.com I would never ever want anyone to live with mold and a crashed out ceiling as i did!
