I had lived at Williamsburg for the past 13 1/2 years. Lived in a 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, Cottage and a Efficiency Apt that overlooked the Pool.
Every apartment I lived in was always in Great Shape and upgraded with good appliances. When ever there was a problem that needed attention, the Maintenance staff was there quickly and always fixed my problems.
Since we are in a bad pest area, if i ever had any pest problems, All I had to do was call and they would schedule a spray for me.
The old staff was great and I really miss them. However the new staff is equally great and they do a great job. They worked with me on several issues I had and treated me like family. The Current Manager ... was especially helpful to me while I was in the process of buying my first home. Even knowing I was leaving she still helped me tremendously.
This is a great community with outstanding facilities. The washers and dryers have issues but they are subcontracted out, so hopefully they will find a better replacement.
My Electricity averaged 80 during the summer and 50 in the winter. Water was about 25.00.
I am pround to call Williamsburg Home. Thanks for a great 13 years
