Some things about this place are nice, but God forbid you spend a week cleaning up after living there for a YEAR and they charge you for every little thing possible. Also, do NOT get a surety bond. It does nothing for you. Wait a little longer and save the $500 for the deposit. The management is also very rude and should learn a little tact when asking for money.
