I will say that maybe the people who left these reviews probably live in buildings that I have not run across. For me, there is no noise, no noisy neighbors, no dirty diapers or rude management. Anytime I have a problem in my apt., they always come the next day and fix the problem. I have been there for about two years now and I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I have my son, his mother and myself in our one bedroom apt for now and things are fine. There is enough room for all of us. I think some people just wanted to bad mouth these apts. Anytime I drive around the complex it is quiet. Whether it is in the morning or evening. So I would suggest someone to move in. Apartments aren't ever gonna be perfect, don't ever look for that.

Well my boyfreind lives in the back building and EVERYONE in that building is a mess! I knw their apartment is clean cuz i make sure of that but they have roaches so bad!!!! The man next door is clean he has them and they are everywhere! a mess. And as far as noise goes, for the most part it is pretty quiet all day, me and my bf have been outside in the wee hours and its been good. The complex is nice, thy apts are a lil small for the $$ but for some reason thats how it is in Shreveport. I am from Houston and the apt prices for such a poor economy are ridiculous....AnyWAY, The only times I have EVER seen a problem is like sometimes the trash overflows outta the bins(but its a trashcan), And I have seen a cpl fight outside in the back a few times. But other than that, it's a pretty decent complex. Other than the roach issue which is just disgusting. And yes maintenance does come when you call but for some reason, those pest people arent up to par. But all in all, I agree with this guys post.
