Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I moved in Westwood Village a while back and was not saisfied. The staff is very rude and the maintenance men. When I moved in the apartment I noticed several things wrong.My balcony has a sink in it, the foundation was broken into bidg and little pieces.When I told the manager Jamie Harral she acted as if she did'nt care. It takes weeks for things to get done.Finnaly i balled the owner Mr. Bailey in Arkansas and he told me that he didn't want to hear it because he said he believed his staff and not me. I couldn't believe he said that. So I followed the proper procedures to break my lease because I sent 3 letters to Mr. Bailey and the front office.So I broke my lease. The staff also broke into my mail box and stole some of the proof I had about the situation but what they didn't realize I recieved another copy.
