I am a medical student in Shreveport, and I have lived in Willow Trace for about two years. The fireplace seems to be in a strange position, not all of the electrical outlets function, the floor slopes a bit in the small kitchen, and my sixty something neighbor plays his music really loud. I like the cheap rent, Pines Rd. is not a bad place to live, there aren't a lot of kids running around making noise, and the staff is really nice. The pros are few compared to the cons, but it's not that bad...
