Danger!!!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
At first it seemed like a nice, quiet apartment complex, but don't let that foul you. We kept asking to see the apt. but the office staff were saying that the apt wasn't ready because the last tenants had just moved out. When we were finally able to see the apt. it was on the date that we were supposed to move in which was 11/18/08. When we looked at the apt. we were mortified. All together we paid $1373.00 to move into the townhouse. When we inspected the apt. the floor was wet and smelled of mildew, the toilet bowl was shattered, the kitchen counters needed to be resurfaced, the water for the washing machine leaked and created a pocket that held water in the wall, mold was all over the tub, several walls and doors had holes in them, the bathroom floors were flithy, the cabinets on the wetbar and in the kitchen were covered with paint, and there was pubic hair in the sliding glass cabinet. When we went to the office to complain about the way that the apartment looked the staff seemed as if they were surprised and were angry with us because of the condition and the fact that we had several complaints about it. The manager who we only spoke with that day, quickly got an attitude stating that we could get all of our money back because we had so many complaints about the place. In the end we had no problem getting our money back and moving to another apartment complex. We felt as if the apartment manager thought that because we were young, we didn't know what we were talking about. That same day we found out that we were the fourth tenants since January of 2008. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
