Parking is ample.
You do hear the I-10 traffic, loudly when windows are open, the staff is very nice, though I've had them forget to give me important FedEx mail for 3 days.
But they generally try very hard to solve any problems.
Too many residents feed the ducks, so they are always around the pool, swimming in it, defecating in it.
The pool service is inconsistent.
Enough to where they need to hire someone else, but they never do.
The pool is open from 10 to 10.
The problem is, they don't turn on the lights either inside the pool or outside it.
This is my main complaint.
Otherwise, I suggest the 2 bedroom, 3rd floor apartments, the studio ceiling makes if feel very roomy, and the view of the marina is beautiful.
The restaurant, Phil's Marina Cafe, is okay once in a while, but they tend to overcook seafood.
I've lived here nearly a year.
It was supposed to be temporary, but has extended to now.
Overall, I do recommend the place, but if I had a bigger budget, I'd move "up".

Sorry, I meant to say that the pool service is inconsistent.
