When inquiring about the move out costs that I was charged for - the managers' initial response was to "lightly" let me know that they would go to court over the issue. I made no actions that I was not going to pay the move out costs - I was just inquiring about how they arrived at that cost. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

In response to this, I haven not yet had to vacate my apt. at Greenbrier, but I do know that the early-breaking costs of the lease are a bit high for my taste (somewhere on the order of 2 mos. rent).
