I lived there for some time. The location is ok, only 7 min to I-12 and Mall.

Pool: not very clean, some guests leave trash there floating like chicken wings and napkins! On weekend, it is always occupied by kids.

Garbage: container gets really filled-up, wind brings all this trash all over the place.

Management: these ladies change every month, if you requested one thing, be sure she gets it done before she's replaced.

Apt units: need renovation; holes in the wall, croaches just walk in after each rain. I had a huge spider, several palmetto bugs and even a frog inside! I constantly asked to fix all holes but it is not working with this management. Windows are covered with mold, I had constant headakes.

Bottom line: for this price there are better living communities around.

Someone has been burning the walls of the apartment down! The very next day there was a can oil and a gas can by the burnt down wall! HMMM Someone on the DD hard! Help call the Housing Department!
