 The management only cares about getting that rent on time! the place is falling apart, management lie to you, and the maintenance crew is nasty and lazy. Roaches everywhere. Unclean and unsafe

 I lived there for some time. The location is ok, only 7 min to I-12 and Mall. Pool: not very clean, some guests leave trash there floating like chicken wings and napkins! On weekend, it is always occupied by kids. ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
