I agree with everyone who said the management is hell! Very unfriendly and unorganized. Expect a lot of mistakes (ie: an eviction notice because they were too lazy to check the rent box)It seems as though they don't have anything better to do than harass residents. They need to do their job. And dont expect those gates to ever work. Even though they are pointless. Not a pleasant experience. I'm moving soon...if it werent for Katrina and people's need of a home, the complex would probably be empty (or just full of trailer trash like the people who work in the office...)
