I am moving now and this place was awful. I will leave and will never look back. I will not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The only thing going for them is the maintenance guys. The women in the office are lazy and stupid. The rent is ridiculous for what you don't get. The equipment in the gym is all broken, no basketball hoop, the media room has an ancient computer, cheap electric gates. This place is a nightmare, take my advise and "DO NOT" rent from this place.

It is not awful...The gates are back up and running. The gym equipment works fine, but they are supposed to be redoing the fitness center and adding new cardio machines. The "ancient" computer did get fixed recently. As for the basketball hoops, if people would abide by the posted rule, and this goes for the fitness and business center, things wouldn't get broken. Us residents have to take pride in the property just as much as the management does. I do not agree that the women in the office are lazy and stupid. They work very hard to keep this community running properly. It can not be an easy job to make everyone happy. They have been without a leader for quite a while. A new manager started a couple of months ago and there has already been improvements. I am sorry that you seem to have had a bad experience but I have been very happy at Pelican Pointe.

So.... are you Tracey, Allison, Andre, Shane or another staff member?? This place was horrible!! The new manager you spoke so highly of was fired recently! Now, are you noticing the high rate of minorities moving in? Office staff is responsible for move-ins that don't take care of the property. My friends still living there hate it and will be moving very soon. I will be there to help!!

I agree to her 100%. They are really awful..... They do not fix anything u complain about, they charge you ridiculous amount of rent, ladies in the leasing office are horrible....very very ill mannered. Stupid... treat people like ----!!! I liked the locality. After storm this new management that has come is sooooo pathetic we are moving out soon.
