I honestly think this place was thrown up overnight... I am NO expert, but this is the most poorly constructed place I've ever seen in my life. The paint job looks like a three year old did it. My toilet runs CONSTANTLY. And OH MY GOD THE DOORS. The doors don't even come CLOSE to fitting the doorways. It's pathetic. There are giant beams of light that shine through all four sides of the doors. This applies to the front door as well as the bedroom door and the laundry room door and the bathroom door. Needless to say, I get giant flying bugs in my apartment practically every day.

The other reviewer was dead on when they said that the worst thing about the place is the other residents. My neighbors walk and the entire building shakes. Part of this IS because of the aforementioned contruction, but the other part is the rude, inconsiderate people who live there. (Which is also to blame for the broken basketball hoop that they JUST installed and the broken computer). There is no way on earth anyone can possibly walk or slam their doors that hard naturally. I wish they did a better job of screening the people who live there.

The ladies in the office are most definitely not the friendliest people in the world, but they're not the worst. Oh, and unless it's an emergency, plan on waiting anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months (to not at all) to have your maintenence requests fulfilled. The maintenance guys are super friendly... but NOT efficient.

The good: There's always plenty of parking (huge plus). I feel pretty safe (despite the fact that the front gate has not worked in five months... but to be fair, if I had slum residents breaking things every other week, I probably wouldn't be too inclined to fix things either). When and if maintenance DOES make it to your apartment, they get the job done correctly. I love the layout of my apartment... there's plenty of space and there's even an extra indoor storage room. Kara in the office seems to be the only one who will actually get the job done... she may not be the friendliest, but she's good at her job (and that's all I care about). I also love having the laundry room in my apartment.
