Upon moving here I looked around at various apartment complexes and Pelican Pointe gives me the best location for my money. The complex is located only 1 mile from I-12 and is right across from Winn-Dixie. There is a shell gas station with a subway inside and a local coffee and sandwich shop within walking distance. The mall and shopping centers are only one exit down the interstate approximately 4 miles. A local park is only 1/2 mile down the road. I have had great experiences with the staff which are quick to respond and handle all of my needs. The residents are friendly and usually see the same people out daily. The 1 bed 1 bath that I rent is extremely spacious with large closet space. The complex has 2 pools, gym, business center and a playground for the kids. I would definitely recommend Pelican Pointe for the single person or family.

I assure you I am a resident. I am just about to renew my second lease. When I heard about the poor review online I wanted to make sure other potential renters were aware what this place has to offer. Funny thou.
