Great area, less than pleasant staff...

I am a current resident and I love the area that these apartments are located in, but the staff [one employee in particular] has been quite unpleasant.

And you must have impeccable credit, or else you will have to pay one month's rent EXTRA as an additional deposit.

The grounds are very well kept and I very rarely have issues parking.

Its mostly quiet except for my nocturnal upstairs neighbor.

There is a 10:00pm "quiet time" rule, apparently residents have to be silent after this hour; no one is allowed to use their dishwashers, clothes washer or dryer.

This was brought to my attention today...

Also, Villa du Lac was recently sold to a development company out of San Antonio, TX.

We'll see how that goes!
