I had some issues when I first moved in but the manager and staff quickly turned things around for me. Since then I have had no complaints and my maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely manner. The bugs are gross but whenever I call the office and complain someone is sent over to clean around my front door or stairwell. The recent pressure washing helped a lot too. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. No place is perfect but all in all I would recommend Villa du Lac to anyone looking for a place to live in Slidell.
