I am currently living here and as for the management staff actions (or lack there of), I have a neighbor who plays loud thumping music. I have asked the office to do something, but I have yet to see any action from them. If you are considering living here be warned and make sure you don't mind neighbors who play very, very loud music bothe in their apartments and in their cars.
