These apartments are not that great.
I am a current resident.
The amount of bugs in and around my apartment is ridiculous.
The pest control only comes every other month.
And they just walk in without knocking.
There is a spiderweb outside my door everytime I walk out of it.
The stairs are even worse.
You can not touch the railings becuase of all the spiderwebs.
The entire place needs to be pressure washed.
For the most part it is a safe place.
But the maintenance man and other people that live here, dig through the dumpsters and keep the "treasures" they find.
Which is gross and creepy.
When I moved in the carpet had not been shampooed or vaccuumed.
So I have nasty carpet.
The rent is way too much for this place.
