My husband and I have lived here since July and we have had nothing but good service from the staff here. There are a few bugs here, but it is to be expected living so close to the water. Besides, all you have to do is call the office and they will send the bug man anytime you ask. We feel very fortunate to wake up on the weekends and watch the sun come up and to be able to sit out on the porch with a glass of wine in the evenings and watch the sunsets. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Well worth the money.
