I have lived at Acadian for 5 years now and am buying a house. My stay has been a very pleasant experience. The place is kept clean, very clean. It has been redone since my stay and looks attractive for the age. The area is going to hell but they seem to try to keep this place above what the area is bringing in. Lately they have been enforcing the rules which has improved a lot of things. SOme of us wish that they had weekend hours to keep the rule breakers in line but still a lot better than other places.
