Find a better place to live - I previous stayed in these apartments for over 1 year... and it was a terrible mistake. from the people who live there (noise, breakins, smoking drugs and so on). La Maison Hell - This apartment complex is horrible they don't fix anything, and the mangement is lazy. I've had a neighbor get shot and after the shooting it took them months to come clean up the blood. Since I' ve been staying here the dishwasher hasn't worked and I've been back here for a year. I live in acadain village for 2 years everthing was find until after the storm i had mold in my apartment and they didn't even clean it right. The office staff and the mainantance staff is horrible.It's not a good place to live because some og the tenants is horrible,they smoke weed in

NK I have been staying in Acadian Village since March 2007 and it is a nice place to stay.Whenever i have a problem somewhere is there to fix the problem within a day or two. The area is very quite, you don't see people hanging out at night. I would recommend this apartment complex to

now called la maison whitney i would advise no one in their right minds to move into this complex, it is a very dangerous neighborhood, if you didn't see it on the news there was a shooting here, and my sister used to stay here and your car gets broken into and stolen, yeah

NOT BAD AT ALL!!!! I have lived at Acadian for 5 years now and am buying a house. My stay has been a very pleasant experience. The place is kept clean, very clean. It has been redone since my stay and looks attractive for the age. The area is going to hell but they seem to try to keep this place
