Overall, Glenwood Trace Townhouses is a good place to live. The complex has an onsite manager and maintenance personnel who are available day and night. The rent is reasonable. There is a 24 hour laundry room on site, as well as a community swimming pool. Great renovations have been made to the complex in recent months, including painting, new doors, new microwaves, new stoves, new refrigerators, and changes to the landscaping.

Currently live here. The pricing is not bad, but like they say you get what you pay for. Management is horrible. Don't ever expect them to answer when you call. It's got some nice stainless steel appliances, but the wonderful paintjob had all my cabinets painted shut...had to pry them open. Bathrooms are also repainted, including the tub (yes this was painted as well). Like i said the outside is a big improvement, and i like the gated community, but that's about all.

My family and I moved here in Dec. and we love it. The maint. has always done everything we asked. They did take a few days but they let me know that when i addressed them with the problem. The managers here in opinion work very hard to make sure this is a nice place and it is!!The rent is very reasonable and the apts are nice!
