The worst address in town

This complex advetises that they are the "best address in town", YEA RIGHT! I moved in on a Thursday, and my A/C went out on Friday. I called the office to report the service reuest and it wasn?t even considered an emergency. The A/C was finally fixed that following Tuesday. I forgot to mention I moved in July, one of the hottest months of the year, and we were in the third floor! This just goes to show how important their residents are to them. The staff is not very friendly and will say anything you want to hear (whether it is true or not)just to get you out of the office. The grounds are nice, but everything else just doesn?t justify the outrageously ridiculous amount of rent you pay per month. The location is great if you like to listen to the loud roaring of deisel trucks and interstate traffic zooming by at all hours of the day and night. They also do not have a "level of noise" allowed. I am a day sleeper and my neighbors would play their bass-filled music 24/7 and nothing would ever be done about it. And if they rent their "clubhouse" out, you can expect loud drinking parties until 2-3 a.m. Not to mention their overly advertised sauna and hot tub never worked and their "luxury pool" doesn't go over 5 ft. deep and probably holds 10-15 people max. ( the property has over 300 units)--ha What a scam!I would NOT reccommend this property to anyone.
