Filthy Stained, rotting carpet, leaks, everything broken.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Carpet was disgusting upon moving in. Was promised to be clean. Never was, had to hire stanley steemers myself to do the job. Even they couldnt clean it. Management promised to take care of it prior to moving in. Now there are leaks in the apartment and is is halfway flooded. They still wont do anything. I am contacting the BBB. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE.
