I have had nothing but trouble from the managers. Our dishwasher flooded the kitchen and it took weeks to fix it, Our washing machine leaked and rotted the carpet next to it, which they did not fix after we notified them three times. They are never in their office durning business hours. They told me once that when they are full, they do not work on sat. well, thats a load of crap. My car was also hit in the parking lot. So we gave them our 30 notice on the exact date that they told us to. They said just to turn in the keys and we would be done, now they are saying we owe them money.....but won't tell us why. We paid our rent on time. Those apartments are the worst apartments in the city, no doubt.
