I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse and it is awful. The management takes 2-3 weeks to respond and longer to fix a problem. I went a week without air conditioner because, "we've told maintenance, they are busy."

The Interstate is loud, but it really isn't the apartments faught, so I won't get into that.

Microwave has most likely been here since 1987 when they opened, dishwasher won't work properly, and we've had multiple incidents with plumbing.

For the amount of money I pay for this place, I guess it is a little ridiculous that I want air conditioning, right'

The current manager, don't know the name, never was told, is a stuck up snob and thought it was just so hilarious that it wasn't a hot day when my air wasn't working.

I am sometimes must park out by the dumpster and walk a good way to get to my apartment, it used to be dark, but now they have extremely bright street lights that shine into my bedroom, which would be fine if my blinds were working correctly.

The air must not go upstairs because it is always extremely hot upstairs when it is cold downstairs.

Though, I haven't had major problems with noise, I have whitnessed quite a few yelling arguments out in the courtyard.

The pool is ok, smells of urine sometimes and the water is sometimes hot, other than that and the millions of people down there, it was fine. I never went but a few times, until my children were told to not come back without a parent, or any one that wasn't 18 or older.

There should be some rule to make pet owners pick up the pet waste because it is EVERY WHER E.

Never really felt unsafe, except for the looming reminder that that proffesor woman from Tech was kidnapped from here.

I am currently looking to find a new place to live and wouldn't recomend this apartment to my mother-in-law, hahaha.

I agree with this comment except for the part about the Tech Professor. Stephanie was my cousin and she did live at Highland Court Apts at the time of her murder, but she was not kidnapped from anywhere.
