If you don't mind fixing items in your apartment/townhouse at your expense, then it's a wonderful place to live. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I thought Highland Court would be so much better since it was a more expensive apartment complex. Management never return calls and forgets to write up work orders for the maintenance workers. The workers sit around in the office talking with each other. If I had to do it over again, I would pass on this site.

I had a horrible experience there too! Luckily my husband and I had only signed a 3 month lease. We only stayed there 2 out of the 3 months, but of course we payed for the 3rd month. We only asked that received our deposit back. We have still not received the deposit, and it's been 3 months. The management is terrible. They don't answer the phones, and there never there! Do not live here. You can find something better for the price.

I agree 100% as I have had the SAME problems!! Example: The work order got lost, maintenance told me they fixed that & I closed out the work order, etc, etc. A mouth full of lies from the Manager herself. I honestly don't understand how she sleeps at night. This is a business!
