First of all, this is the second time that I have lived in these apartments. The reason I came back the second time, is because not only did I receive my deposit back, but the office staff was always so nice and professional. They've always helped me whenever I needed something done in my apartment. They of course were not able to fix my problem that very same day, but tended to it as quickly as they could. Everytime I came by the office they always made me feel so welcome, despite how busy they always were, and because I was new to the area. For those people who have had a not so great experience here, perhaps they were really high maintenance and were unrealistic in their expectations. I am relocating again, and if I move back to this area, I will surely move back to Highland, and recommend them to anyone else. I have no problem adding my name to these comments, because obviously some people are able to attack this place, but unable to register there name. Funny huh. Maybe they are afraid of what ownership will say back.

Its a member of the staff or they need to get off the drugs!! Anyone can see the buildings are falling down! And the staff isnt nice to anyone once you complain about something!

sounds like one of the mamagement team here, i know they look at these and try to make themselves look good. Ashely was always a very friendly person and helped with everything i needed, cant say that for the other girl....

I think its hilarious that you have to get on here and give yourself good ratings because noone else will. How stupid and unprofessional are you. Ashley, i'm sorry you have to work with such a witch.

This has GOT to be a joke. There's not a single person in this entire community that would possibly say these apartments are in even fair shape. I have been told for almost a year now that we are going to get an exterior facelift on the buildings and that the grounds are going to be redone. I'll probably move out before that ever happens. I can say that all of my appliances and interior is in good condition and I have not had many problems. Maybe it's due to the fact that when I have a problem I live on the ground level and it's easy access to repair everything. At any rate, I will say that I know the two managers are friendly at times (at times) and are very reluctant to be in the office during normal business hours as needed by most people.
