I recently moved from HC. I am now living in Ashford Place. That was the worse apartment management team i have ever dealt with. Nothing gets repaired, the promise you the moon and then dont deliver. I was told they could fix my air conditioner, but they had to get parts from another machine cause they couldnt spend any more money for the month. What the hell kind of place is that' The carpet looks like circa 1960, probably been there that long. No one is ever in the office. Always got the "return in an hour" sign, more like three hours. They blame it all on the ownership, and that may be true, but at least be honest and tell future residents that, " we'll try to get you new carpet, no lie and say yess you will, then you dont. I must say it has some good points, like location to things in the city. But as far as anything else, no way. I dealt with that Jessica lady, hell she was never there, it was always the other girl i believe her name was Ashley, she was very helpful and worked with me to the best of her ability, considering. Would i move back there, maybe but i would take a look at living out of my car first.
