My husband and I moved in back in May, signing a 6 month lease b/c we didn't know where we would be after that. and Thank GOD we did! Our lease was up in October and we still haven't received our deposit back! and I SCRUBBED the place down just so we would! On top of that:

1. our toilet upstairs NEVER worked from the day we moved in! They came by a few times and said they fixed it but when we would use it, it wouldn't ever flush! The last time they came they told us they couldn't fix it, and there was nothing they could do about it!

2. It took them 2 months to fix our oven and microwave! yeah, both went out at the same time.

3. It took them a month to fix our washing machine, then our dryer went out a week after and it took them 2 weeks to fix that.

4. Our dishwasher never worked and was never fixed.

5. We had a BAD ant problem...and we kept the house really clean! we had to keep all of our food in the fridge otherwise they would get into things. They told us there was nothing they could do about it...everyone had them!

6. They are NEVER in the office! every time we tried to go talk to them, they weren't there.

The list goes on! It is rediculous! If I have any advice for you, DON'T move in! Everyone I have talked to that do live there still have nothing but bad things to say!
