i have lived here for a year. everything works fine. my washing machine was a little loud so they got me a new one. it did take a month to recieve it and i felt like i was constantly hounding the maitenance man about it. but when my dishwasher broke a couple of monthes later it was replaced the next day. my only complaint is parking. recently a bunch of college kids moved in and it seems like everyone but there mom has their car parked in front of my apartment. i can always hear the new tenants above me stomping around but i have gotten used to it. the office is nice but don't expect to get your deposit back even if you shampoo the carpet. my advice is photographic evidence. all in all it wasn't a bad year and other than the parking i would rate this place at a seven.
