I've read the previous reviews and I really believe that management has improved and has made our stay fine. A lot of things that I would have to complain about is out of their hands, like our noisy neighbors and people that have everyone and their momma over to visit, so there isn't any parking spaces. When we have needed something repaired, it is done the same day. The only thing I didn't like about Management, is that when you complete your 6 month lease and you decide to stay, you have to sign another 6 month lease so that your rent will not increase and if you want to pay month by month, it goes up $50. I just would like to have known this 6 mos ago. Also, when it says 2 bdrm and 1 1/2 bath, that is a complete lie. The half bath only has a vanity, so it's really just one toilet. My understanding is that when it says 1 1/2 bath, it means...1 full bath with a toilet and shower and the 2nd bathroom has a toilet and sink no bath. Other than that, our stay has been fine, nothing luxurious, but I guess you get what you pay for.
