I have been here for about 5 months and I have been happier in these apartments than any other I've lived in. My children enjoy that there's a playground where they can make all the noise they want without bothering any of our neighbors. What first caught my attention was that each apartment has a security alarm and there is a property monitor. Then I met the ladies in the front office and they presented themselves very professionally. I felt better about the whole moving process once I met them and realized this was where I wanted to be. There is sometimes a shortage of parking in the front of the buildings(around the holidays!), but it's never an inconvenience. If someone is in your spot, the managers take care of it. Also, the maintenance men are really sweet and trustworthy. I called in about my tap dripping, and I just thought they would go in without me there. But the manager called me later to make sure I wouldn't mind them being in my home while I was out. (Some places don't care if you're home or not... or whether or not some of your stuff comes up missing!) Overall, I think I was lucky to find this place because I was anticipating having to put up with living in a rathole until I bought my new home. Now there isn't such a rush to finalize everything because my family and I feel safe.
