Beware - Lived here for a total of about 3 years. They keep up appearances on the outside, but the inside of the apartments are terrible; carpets are worn, appliances are old. Great Place to Live I have lived in Stoneybrook for two years. It is nice because the complex is still relatively close to Baton Rouge, but much much cheaper than living in Baton Rouge. Tenants are mainly teachers and hospital workers. Quiet and safe complex. The landlord is very responsive
