Rent starts off ok, then each year goes up over $100.00. My apt was broken into twice and my car once. They stole everything. It's on the Brockton line, which doeasn't help matters. The place isn't clean. There is spit on the walls form two years ago. Plan on paying a lot for heating as there is no insulation where the A/C's should be in each bedroom. The office is never open. I am waiting two years now for them to fix my toilet(won't flush on it's own, have to stand there and hold down lever until it flushes. Finally plan on spending two month's rent if you need to break your lease ($2400.00).

I have lived there for three years. Never had a problem and the office always responded great. They are open 9-5. You wont get them at night but I never had an issue. I wonder why the person above didn't just move out if they had so many problems?? I love my stay there but love my new condo more. I recommend

I completely agree with the person that intially wrote the review. Abington Glen is horrible. However to each his own. The staff are not professional at all. I had such a bad experience I feel to contact the owner of the property. Especially with the staff and certain things in the apartment.
