I just moved out and I swear on all I love, this was the WORST place to live ever!
They promise whatever you want to get you in and then BAM you don't exist.
If you live on the first or second floor the noise from above is horrible. And don't bother to complain to Keith about it. He doesn't care. They let people rent the clubhouse and have very loud parties until the wee hours of the morning. The guests park wherever they want including MY PARKING SPACE! Try coming home at 11:00 at night and not having anywhere to park. Sure you could have them towed but you take the chance of retribution. And believe me, from the looks of the people partying at the clubhouse, they wouldn't think twice about vandalizing your car.
I wish I could make anyone reading this understand how horrible it is there. In the year I lived there I never met anyone who liked it. The turnover rate must be close to 100%. Save yourself the nightmare.

I have had no problems here and absolutely love it here! I always call if I have a problem and they are right there with a solution. Sounds like you had a one time issue.... Renting here is amazing and wouldn't go anywhere else!

One time problem? No! They changed the locks on me before the lease was up because they had someone else to rent the apartment. I had to take them to small claims court to get my money back for the last months rent! If you haven't had any problems living there then you do not know how they respond to problems. Believe me, when you do have a problem you will understand what I am talking about!
