Nice new and modern looking place, but

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
It is attractive because it is still new, but the price and quality do not match. There were alot of plumbing problems, someone's bathroom ceiling was leaking and eventually came off and needed to be fixed time and time over again. The heat did not work well, but the gas bill was unusually high. It took them 5 months to fix the heat, just in time for summer.
