I've lived here for almost 2 yrs. I'm moving to relocate for a job. I am apt hunting, and so I value the opinions listed on this site. I will say that after reading the other review for this complex, and plenty on other complexes, I wonder if everyone's experience may be different, dependening on what building they live in, etc.

I've not had any problems here. Occasionally, I can hear my neighbors, but I expect that. The windows are a bit drafty in the bedroom, so I put up my own weather stripping.

You can't beat the 13 ft ceilings, great view from the balacony...and luxuries like, ice maker, d/w, microwave, garbage disposal and washer dryer in the unit. the hot water has been plentiful.

yea, there are "lower income" folks living here. but i've not had any problems with them. the pool is not so great (kids, etc)....but there are other places to swim. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Can you imagine? KIDS at the swimming pool!?!?! What is this world coming to when the allow the "lower income folks" to live in the same complex as someone of the author's royalty? Before you know it, we'll all be drinking from the same water fountains!
