Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
I have lived at The Woodlands for the past 4 years and not only is it a quiet community the Maintenance team really goes above and beyond when I call about a problem in my apartment they come over either the same day or the next morning! The Staff is so friendly and when you resign your lease this is the only community I know that will have your carpets cleaned for FREE !!! I also was the winner of the community raffle at a previous resident cookout and won a gift certificate to a Travel Agency for $2,000, This past winter I went to Jamaica! As a current resident I would strongly recommend The Woodlands as your home!
