I stay at Nashoba for one whole year. Overall, it is not bad.
The room is decent, but not big. There is a basement in which there is a lot of storage space. The community is quite and nice. But my neigbor is an ------- refugee family. I don't know what they cook. But the smell in the hall way is very strong and wired. So, every time, I need to hold my breath passing the hall way.
The building is old. Obviously, the maintenance is not quite well. The maintenance guy, Chris, is polite. But he didn't do the job he promised. Suppose he should install a new microwave for me, (the handle of the old one is broken), and I complained one time, now the broken handle is still there. Maybe he is too busy, since he got a baby. Good for him.
My room faces to the 2A. So it is pretty noisy. Since the rent is only 1000 bucks (I got a good deal), I should not complain about too much. I got to move becasue of the reason everybody knows, the route 2 is a nightmare.
Overall, Nashoba is a fair place, not perfect.
