Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
And is expensive, too boot.

6 managers in less than 4 years - ceilings caved in, noisy -
Positive - allows pets - but who enforces poo poo pick up''

Maintenance - Terrific -

A/C - OLD and electric bills outrageous

Rent sure to go up each year - but no real improvements on property
