This place has gone down hill

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006
 
I lived there for 7 years - when I first rented, it was pretty good - they had gone through about 7 managers in a year. Then, it really got bad. Riff raff - lot's of noise, only a couple times did I see insects and they sprayed right away.

All in all - it was ok = but if you can find a cheaper place, go for it.
