Nice Place to Live I was just relocated and moved from Strawberry Hill Apartments after living there for 2 years. John and George were nothing short of excellent to me during my time there. The apartment was occasionally noisy but it was an apartment..this is to be expected.

Briarbrook Village Dump This place is way too expensive and a total dump. The rents here are way over priced and they facilities are disgusting. Most of the washing machines dont work and the place reeks. The doors are always rigged to stay open so there is no SECURITY. STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS

Nice place for temporary stay We spent six months here this past year and found the apartments to be very well managed. The grounds are very well kept. We had no problems with noise from other neighbors. People are friendly. Karen does a great job managing the apartments and is very accommodating.

$500 Mo Rent Increase After 1 Year We've lived here for one year and unless we sign another 12 month lease the rent will increase over $500 from $1,650 to $2,150. These are not first class apartments here mind you. Floors have stick on tile, huge water bills for brown smelly

This place has gone down hill I lived there for 7 years - when I first rented, it was pretty good - they had gone through about 7 managers in a year. Then, it really got bad. Riff raff - lot's of noise, only a couple times did I see insects and they sprayed right away.
